3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shotgunn Hair is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order is shipped, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products:

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted unless the Product is defective or incorrect upon arrival.

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Approved resolutions are at the sole discretion of Shotgunn Hair.
